Wiggo Would Win Paris-Roubaix: Luca Paolini

Bradley Wiggins has always impresses the cycling veterans with his star riding prowess and one of them is surely Luca Paolini. According to the Ghent-Wevelgem winner, Wiggo has high chances to triumph at Paris-Roubaix.

The race is scheduled to start from 12th April this year.
“Wiggins would win this year’s Paris-Roubaix”, stated Luca Paolini.

The Tour France champ bounced back into spectacular action once again in the one-day race of Ghent-Wevelgem & even though the strong wind played a spoilt sport that day, Wiggo still managed to create a deep impression on the rivals.

“He has got real class”, continued Paolini.

“When he aims towards a goal, he hardly commits any error while marching towards it. After the great Olympic golds, Tour France, he is looking forward to the cobble trophy from Roubaix.”

Italian Luca won Ghent-Wevelgem last Sunday while he attacked at 6 kilometers remaining. The win marked the greatest win of his 15-year long career.

However, the 38-year-old from Katusha is no less in experience. He has often been the spearhead of Italian team for world championships given his vast tactical knowledge.

The man has led Kristoff to triumph in the elite Milan-San Remo in 2014. This year, Luca is looking to assist his Norwegian leader through remaining classics like Paris-Roubaix in 2 weeks’ time.

Wiggins would be pleased to know that it’s not just Luca who is confident of his win. In fact, a lot of other cycling greats such as Peter Sagan from Tinkoff, Fabian Cancellara from trek Factory, are all positive about a winning performance from the 2012 Tour France champion at this year’s Paris-Roubaix.

“We have talked & all of them are really scared of Wiggo”, added in the senior Katusha rider.
